Booking Policies 

Booking Requirements

  • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID.

  • Clients ages 16–17 must have parental consent.

  • A consultation may be required for large, custom, or cover-up pieces.

  • Please provide design ideas, reference images, and placement photos when booking.

Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable with proper notice.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Cancellations or no-shows without proper notice will result in loss of deposit.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • To reschedule, 48-hour notice is required.

  • Less than 48-hour notice or a no-show will result in deposit forfeiture.

  • You may reschedule up to 2 times before a new deposit is required.

  • If the artist must cancel, your deposit may be refunded or transferred, your choice.

Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in and paperwork.

  • Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, with deposit forfeiture.

  • If you’re running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must be in good health for their appointment.

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse service if a client arrives intoxicated, ill, sunburned, or with damaged skin.

  • Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

Design Policy

  • All designs must be approved before tattooing begins.

  • Minor adjustments can be made at the appointment.

  • Major redesigns may require rescheduling and a new deposit.

  • Custom designs remain the property of the artist and may be used in the portfolio unless otherwise discussed.

Photography & Social Media

  • The artist may take photos or videos of your tattoo for portfolio or social media.

  • If you prefer not to have identifiable images shared, please notify the artist before your session.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, transfer.

  • Remaining balance is due at the end of your session.

  • Tips are not required but always appreciated.

Liability & Consent

  • By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have proper consent) and agree to be tattooed.

  • You understand potential risks, including infection or allergic reaction.

  • You release Good Days Graphic Co and your artist from liability for healing outcomes once you leave the studio.

Agreement

By submitting a deposit and booking an appointment with Hannah Moyle, you agree to all terms listed in this Tattoo Booking Policy.
